  • Customized or Personalized Products & Services: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, as these items require additional time for design and production.
  • Digital Downloads: Instant delivery! You’ll receive a link to download your digital files immediately after your payment is confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at nafisa@NafisaKhanDesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
