1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- ALL Digital downloads (including printable artwork, invitations, and graphics)
- ALL Books (including coloring books, journals, and novels)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
If your order meets the return criteria, please contact us at nafisa@NafisaKhanDesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide seller a tracking or customs number.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an item is being processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Digital & Book Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files are final and non-refundable. However, if you encounter issues accessing or downloading your digital files, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
